Kanga Cup History
The McDonald's Kanga Cup International Youth Tournament will take place in Canberra for the 18th time, making it the longest running such youth tournament in the southern hemisphere. The Kanga Cup was first held in Sydney in 1991, and has taken place in Canberra since 1993. The 'Kanga' hopes to continue to be the pre-emminent youth tournament in the South East Asian and Oceania region.

Kanga Cup Honour Roll

Listed is also the Keith Tournier Memorial Volunteer Shield that was awarded in 2005 for the first time. The Kanga Cup Honour Roll is to acknowledge the efforts of various individuals that have volunteered their time to grow and foster the Kanga Cup - with full understanding of 'Uniting the Youth of the World through Football'.
